Organic brasserie is latest addition to Dubai’s growing business district

An organic brasserie specialising in locally-sourced organic produce has opened in Dubai’s burgeoning Emaar Square development.

Ultra Brasserie, based in Emaar Square 4, caters for the community’s thousands of workers, business leaders and decision-makers.
With a menu boasting Wagyu beef burgers, rice cracker crusted calamari and ‘old style truffle mac & cheese’, the sophisticated eatery will offer creative, healthy meals to dine-in or take-out throughout the working day.
Head Chef Emily Herbert said: “The Ultra brasserie team has one strong belief - a chef is only as good the ingredients. That’s why we go out of our way to use organic, sustainable local produce in all of our dishes.”
The chic new brasserie is open from 7 am for guests to enjoy a range of breakfast items before work including homemade granola, berry pancakes and eggs benedict.
“Part of our philosophy is ‘Feeding all your senses’ so I have created an extensive menu of delicious and healthy recipes to take you on a culinary journey – all in your lunch hour,” added Emily.
Emaar Square has fast become a base for some of Dubai’s big businesses, attracting world-renowned companies including HSBC, Barclays and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The brasserie has been designed with their needs in mind - as an escape from the office, with a contemporary feel - overlooking a peaceful garden area where guests can dine outside.
Keeping in line with Ultra’s philosophy to organic, sustainable food, Ultra uses “Raw” coffee -which roasts 100 per cent locally roasted, organic, ethically traded Arabica coffee.
The Ultra team also delivers to the office and can cater for boardroom meetings.

The brasserie is open from 7 am to 7 pm everyday except Saturday.
