Not only are the newly introduced Eugenie festive desserts set to tantalize your taste buds, but they will also take your breath away with their imaginative and intricate detailing.  Meticulously assembled to look like mini pieces of art, the desserts will definitely be the highlight and the perfect ending to any meal this festive season.   
In line with the warm, snug feelings that arise around this time, house chef and haute patissier Theo Pelleschi, has carefully and expertly incorporated rich tastes and seasonal ingredients such as chestnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and praline to bring this festive collection of desserts to life.
Eugenie is renowned to take pride in the use of the finest ingredients, adding extra flair to each season by using the best seasonal offerings.  Eugenie Les Gourmandises is an artisanal patisserie and so, produces everything fresh and in-house rather than importing frozen ingredients.

RENDEZ-VOUS NOEL
Their signature dessert this season, which is a revisited macaroon, is the Rendez-vous Noel.  This macaroon is infused with candied chestnuts, and a Kalingo chocolate ganache.  A chocolate Christmas ball sits snugly on top.
BUCHETTE CHOCOLAT JIVARA/PRALINÉ
This praline buchette is composed of different chocolate layers and textures: a crunchy macaroon Jivara chocolate, pieces of hazelnuts, a smooth praline cream, and a jivara mousse.
BUCHETTE EXOTIQUE
The exotic buchette is made out of an orange macaroon biscuit, exotic fruit compote, fresh mango, and a white vanilla mousse.
BUCHETTE LEMON & RASPBERRY
The lemon and raspberry buchette is based on a soft almond biscuit, inserted with a raspberry compote, and fresh lemon cream
Their ‘buchette’ collection, which is a smaller individual portion of the buche, comes in different flavours.  All cakes will also be available in the traditional ‘buche’ size. 

The French-inspired patisserie offers a delightful palette of French pastries: the Macaron, the Choux, and the Brioche, along with a variety of speciality teas and coffees.
