designed for couples.
Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah and with stunning views
of the Dubai coast, RIVA Beach Club is the perfect place to spoil that special
person in your life on the most romantic day of the year. To celebrate the
occasion, RIVA is offering a three course set menu featuring food inspired from
the Mediterranean.
The menu is priced at AED245 per person and is available on
the 14th February 2014 from 7.30pm – 10.30pm and includes a glass of
rose grape for each guest. The dishes are as follows:
Starter
Buffalo Burrata Pannacotta with Tomato Confit and Basil (V)
or Steamed Tiger Prawn with Mashed Celeriac & Orange Balsamic Sauce.
Main
Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon over Mashed Pea Potato with a
Rich Saffron Sauce Or Prime Beef Filet Horseradish and Thyme Crust, Glazed
Mushroom, Rich Pan Gravy.
Dessert
Passion & Chocolate Tart Served with Raspberry Coulis or
Crunchy Raspberry Mille Feuille filled with Tahiti Vanilla Cream Cheese.
