Ismail Al Hammadi, Managing Director of Al Ruwad Real Estate Consultants said: “This year’s City Scape Abu Dhabi reflected the growth of the real estate market in the UAE as more companies took part and offered a wide range and large numbers of commercial and residential projects.”

He also added that the event was an important yearly fixture in the Abu Dhabi exhibition calendar as it not only reflected the growth of a vital industrial sector in the UAE economy that is attracting a lot of investments, but also the fact that the real estate sector contributed in the growth of other sectors within the local economy.
“The growth of the real estate sector contributes directly in the development of the construction sector, and the expansion of many infrastructure projects that come to service these real estate developments and help in growing the local economy,” Al Hammadi pointed out..
