National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), under the patronage of Shaikh Mansour Bin
Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs,
where experts from across the world highlighted some of the tools and
opportunities available to local governments as a means of promoting efficient
development programs.
